Destinations and processing

Kince sells fashion jewellery to customers in the United States and the United Kingdom, subject to address eligibility at checkout. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in Brazil. This is a processing period, not a delivery promise.

Delivery times and shipping charges

Delivery time depends on the destination, shipping service and customs processing. Please review any delivery estimate and shipping charges displayed at checkout before paying. If no estimate is displayed, contact kinceoficial@gmail.com before ordering. We do not promise delivery within 1–2 business days. Shipping costs and any taxes collected by us are shown before you place your order.

International orders

International shipments may undergo customs checks. Any import taxes, duties or clearance charges not collected at checkout depend on the destination and applicable law. Please contact us before ordering if the treatment of these charges is unclear. Nothing in this policy transfers obligations to the customer that legally belong to Kince.

Shipment updates and delays

We will provide dispatch confirmation and tracking details when available. If we cannot dispatch within the promised period, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate and offer the choice of agreeing to the delay or cancelling the unshipped order for a prompt refund. Any mandatory delivery and cancellation rights remain available.

Address issues, damage and non-delivery

Please check your shipping address before ordering and email us promptly if it needs correction. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. If your parcel is damaged, missing or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Carrier or customs delays do not remove your consumer rights.
