This website, madebykince.com, is operated by Kince company LTDA, trading as Kince, CNPJ 41.312.916/0001-64. Our business address is Rua Clovis Pereira de Freitas, 135, Vila Velha, Espírito Santo, 29100-625, Brazil. Contact: kinceoficial@gmail.com. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform; Kince is the seller of the products.

Using our store

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. You must have legal capacity to make a purchase or the required permission from a parent or legal guardian. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, upload malicious code or infringe the rights of others.

Products

We sell fashion jewellery (semi-joias). Material, plating, dimensions and other product characteristics are those stated in the individual listing. Do not assume an item is solid gold, sterling silver, nickel-free, hypoallergenic or suitable for a particular sensitivity unless expressly stated. Screen settings may affect colour appearance, but goods must match their description and applicable quality requirements. Follow the care instructions supplied with the item. Care advice does not limit remedies for defective goods.

Orders, prices and payment

Review the product details, quantities, delivery address, currency, shipping charges and total price before submitting payment. Available payment methods and any taxes collected by us are shown at checkout. An automated receipt acknowledges your order. We will notify you if a product is unavailable, if we cannot fulfil an order or if an obvious pricing error requires correction. We will not increase the price of an existing order without your agreement. If an order cannot proceed, we will refund payments due promptly in accordance with applicable law.

Shipping and international purchases

Our current target markets are the United States and the United Kingdom, subject to checkout availability. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Transit time is separate and depends on the delivery service, destination and customs. Review our Shipping Policy for charges, estimates, delays and international orders. Contact us before purchase if delivery timing or import charges are unclear.

Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains cancellation procedures and available remedies. Eligible UK online purchases include a statutory 14-day cancellation period. Mandatory rights concerning delivery, faulty goods, refunds and other consumer protections remain fully applicable. These terms do not make statutory rights subject to discretionary approval.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled when you use the store. Any choices relating to cookies or marketing are subject to applicable law and available consent controls. Buying from us does not by itself give unrestricted consent to marketing.

Website content and third-party services

Our branding, text and images are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may use the store for personal shopping and other legally permitted purposes. Links or services supplied by third parties may have their own terms. They do not remove Kince’s responsibilities as the seller.

Kince is established in Brazil. Any application of Brazilian law is subject to mandatory consumer protections applicable in your place of residence. Nothing here deprives you of non-waivable rights or the right to bring a claim in a court available under applicable law. Please contact us so we can try to resolve a concern.

Updates

We may update these terms for future use of the store. The terms applicable when you placed your order continue to govern that order, unless a change is required by law or you expressly agree otherwise.
